I’m Eugenia Andreev, and I’m thrilled to have you here in my little corner of the internet! I’m a multilingual, nature-loving mom of two, a passionate runner with plans to conquer half and full marathons in 2025, and a creative soul who finds joy in reading, drawing, and cooking wholesome meals for my family.

Originally from Moldova, where I spent 18 years, and later Romania for 14, I now call the UK home. Each chapter of my life has shaped who I am today—a vegetarian who still loves to cook a variety of meals, with a soft spot for quick and healthy recipes. I also have a cosy beauty room where I create natural cosmetics and offer treatments, teaching my two girls the magic of natural beauty and self-care.

Here on the blog, I share what has worked for me and my family—whether it’s preparing for a marathon, finding the perfect running gear, planning activities for a rainy day with kids, or crafting simple, nourishing recipes. I hope to inspire and connect with others who, like me, are balancing the art of living fully and intentionally.

This space is about embracing life’s chaos with grace, celebrating wins (big or small), and finding joy in the journey.
Let’s explore together!
"Mens sana in corpore sano"
"Mens sana in corpore sano" — Latin for "A healthy mind in a healthy body" — is more than just a phrase; it's a way of life. It reminds us that true well-being comes from nurturing both our physical and mental health. By staying active, eating mindfully, and embracing positivity, we can achieve balance and harmony in our daily lives.

I’d rather regret the things I’ve done than the dreams I left behind.
This belief inspires me to take risks, live boldly, and embrace every opportunity that comes my way. Life is too short for what-ifs!
